Doha, July 02 (QNA) – HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani paid a visit to the Amiri Guard Camp “Barzan” on Thursday, where he was received by HE Commander of the Amiri Guard Major General Mohammed bin Sultan Al Suwaidi.
Also present to welcome him were the Deputy Commander of the Amiri Guard, the Inspector General, assistants to the Commander of the Amiri Guard, and a number of senior officers.
During a tour of the Amiri Guard Command building, HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs was briefed on the modern and advanced facilities and equipment of the various departments and units of the Amiri Guard that meet the highest military and security standards.
His Excellency was accompanied during the visit by a number of senior officers from the Armed Forces. (QNA)
