Amman, Sept. 14 (Petra) – The Ministry of Digital Economy and
Entrepreneurship clarified on Monday that using the Sanad app
directly differs from using Sanad login credentials to access
external government portals.
The Sanad app functions as a central platform, enabling citizens to
manage and access a wide range of digital government services in one
place, the ministry explained.
In contrast, the single sign-on feature allows users to log into
external government platforms and portals using their Sanad account
credentials without directly opening or accessing the Sanad app
itself.
