Brussels, February 26 (QNA) – European stock indices closed mixed Thursday, amid anticipation of the impact of new US tariffs on global trade.
The pan-European Stoxx 600 index fell by one point, or 0.01 percent, to close at 633.38 points.
Meanwhile, the French CAC 40 index rose by 61.86 points, or 0.72 percent, to close at 8,620 points.
The German DAX index also climbed by 101.76 points, or 0.40 percent, to close at 25,277 points.
The British FTSE 100 index rose by 40.29 points, or 0.37 percent, to close at 10,846 points. (QNA)
