Brussels, June 22 (QNA) – European stock markets opened mixed on Monday.
The pan-European STOXX 600 index opened 0.05 percent higher at 635.92 points.
Technology stocks led the sector gains, rising 1.2 percent.
The UK’s FTSE 100 index rose 0.07 percent, and France’s CAC 40 index climbed 0.08 percent.
Germany’s DAX index gained a modest 0.16 percent, while Italy’s FTSE MIB index slipped 0.03 percent in early trading. (QNA)
