Amman, Jan. 16 (Petra) – The price of 21-karat gold, the most popular choice among consumers in Jordan, reached JD 54.80 per gram for retail sale in jewelry stores on Thursday. The buying price for this karat was reported at JD 52.80 per gram.
According to the daily report issued by the Jordanian Jewelers Syndicate, the retail prices for 24-carat and 18-carat gold stood at JD 62.80 and JD 48.80 per gram, respectively.
