Damascus, June 25 (QNA) – The Israeli occupation forces erected a barrier near the fence separating the occupied Syrian Golan, west of Al-Rafid village in the southern countryside of the Quneitra Governorate.
Local sources reported that the barrier was established inside agricultural lands, 300 meters from the separation fence.
An occupation force consisting of four military vehicles also encroached on the road between the village of Al-Mu’allaqa and the town of Ghadir Al-Bustan, set up a temporary checkpoint and arrested a civilian before withdrawing from the area.
The occupation forces continue to violate the 1974 Disengagement Agreement through repeated incursions into southern Syria. Syria has repeatedly called on the international community to take action to halt these violations and compel the occupation forces to withdraw completely from its territory. (QNA)
