Amman, July 15 (Petra)– Jordan Airports Company (JAC) has signed a
contract with a joint venture consisting of the Jordan Express
Tourist Transportation Company (JETT) and Dirar Al-Awwad and Partner,
the owner of the “Marhaba” brand, to provide passenger services at
Amman City Airport.
The agreement aims to enhance operational efficiency and upgrade the
quality of services provided to travelers at the Marka-based airport.
The contract covers a comprehensive suite of passenger services.
These include meet-and-assist services, baggage trolley management,
luggage loading and unloading, baggage wrapping, fast-track travel
procedures, limousine services, and dedicated assistance for
passengers with special needs.
The partnership is part of JAC’s ongoing efforts to modernize the
facilities at Amman City Airport and secure a smoother, more
comfortable travel experience aligned with global aviation standards.
