Amman, Sept. 11 (Petra)– Jordan on Friday condemned an attack on the
East-West Pipeline in Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh and Madinah regions by
several drones launched from Iraqi territory, describing it as a
blatant violation of Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty, a threat to its
security and stability, and a flagrant breach of international law
and the UN Charter.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs
affirmed Jordan’s full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its complete
support for all measures the Kingdom takes to safeguard its
sovereignty, security, resources, and the safety of its citizens and
residents.
