Amman, Sept. 2 (Petra) — Jordan on Wednesday condemned an Iranian
attack on a Saudi tanker as it passed through the Strait of Hormuz as
“a flagrant violation of international law and a threat to the
security and safety of maritime navigation.”
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs
reaffirmed Jordan’s absolute solidarity with Saudi Arabia and its
full support for all measures it takes to protect its security,
stability, and national resources.
