Amman, August 1 (Petra) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and
Expatriates expressed its deepest condolences to the Pakistani
government and people over the victims of the coal mine explosion in
Balochistan province and the avalanche in Broad Peak mountain in
Pakistan.
In a statement Saturday, the ministry’s official spokesperson, Fouad
Majali, affirmed the Kingdom’s “full” solidarity and support for
Pakistan’s government and people, expressing sincere condolences to
the victims’ families and wishing the injured a speedy recovery and
the safe return of the missing people.
Majali also expressed deepest condolences to Oman’s government and
people over the death of an Omani citizen in the avalanche in
Pakistan.
