Amman, July 24 (Petra)– His Majesty King Abdullah II and Sultan
Haitham bin Tarik of Oman, during a phone call on Friday, discussed
current regional developments.
His Majesty affirmed that Jordan continues to take all necessary
measures to safeguard its security and the safety of its citizens and
territory.
The two leaders emphasised the need to de-escalate tensions and
achieve comprehensive calm, in order to restore stability in the
region.
