Doha, July 01 (QNA) – HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met on Wednesday with HE the United Kingdom’s Deputy National Security Adviser, Barbara Woodward, who is visiting the country.
The meeting discussed bilateral cooperation and ways to strengthen ties between the two countries. The two sides also discussed the latest regional developments, particularly diplomatic efforts to promote security and stability in the region following the signing of the memorandum of understanding between the United States and the Islamic Republic of Iran. They further exchanged views on developments related to Lebanon and a number of issues of mutual interest. (QNA)
