Amman, July 6 (Petra) – The Public Security Directorate said on
Monday it was tipped off about the body of a minor of an Arab
nationality which was found in the Al-Muwaqar district, and an
autopsy revealed signs of violence and strangulation, which caused
his death.
The department’s media spokesperson said an investigation led to the
arrest of a 17-year-old minor, who confessed to strangling the victim
after spotting him near his home.
The investigation is still going on, he said.
