Washington, June 30 (QNA) – The open-source AI agent project OpenClaw has launched an official native app for iOS and Android, enabling users to interact with the AI assistant through text and voice while managing automation tasks and approving actions.
The app connects to an OpenClaw Gateway running on macOS, Linux, or Windows (via WSL2), rather than running the AI agent directly on the phone. It also supports mobile features such as voice chat, content sharing, and optional access to the camera, location, photos, contacts, calendar, and reminders.
Developers also stressed the importance of security, warning of prompt injection attacks and recommending authentication, tool usage policies, security isolation, and user approval for task execution. (QNA)
