Palestinian Killed, Others Injured by Israeli Shelling, Gunfire in Gaza Strip

Gaza, September 19 (QNA) – A Palestinian was killed and others were injured on Saturday by shelling and gunfire from Israeli occupation forces targeting various areas of the Gaza Strip.

The Strip’s Civil Defense reported that one person was killed and seven others were injured, some critically, following an airstrike by Israeli occupation aircraft on a civilian vehicle near First Street in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City.

In the central Gaza Strip, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital reported that a woman sustained serious injuries from Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire east of Al Maghazi camp, and a child was wounded by occupation army fire in Block 6 of Al Bureij camp.

These incidents coincided with heavy gunfire and an incursion by several occupation military vehicles east of the Al Masdar cemetery in Deir Al Balah.

Additionally, Israeli occupation artillery shelled an area near the Bani Suheila roundabout, east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip.

Earlier today, medical sources in the Gaza Strip announced that the casualty toll from the Israeli aggression on the Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 73,910 killed and 174,914 injured. (QNA)
