Moscow, Sept 5 (Petra) — Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued
directives ordering a three-day suspension of strikes on the
Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, effective at midnight, Kremlin spokesperson
Dmitry Peskov announced on Saturday.
“The suspension of strikes on Kyiv is tied to preparations and
ongoing contacts involving American negotiators who will be arriving
in Kyiv,” Peskov stated during a press briefing.
