Doha, September 16 (QNA) – The Qatar Central Bank announced today an increase in its deposit interest rate (QCBDR) by 25 basis points to 4.10 percent, following an assessment of the State of Qatar’s current monetary policy.
ACB said in a post on X that the Monetary Policy Committee decided to raise the lending rate (QCBLR) by 25 basis points to 4.60 percent, and to increase the repo rate (QCB Repo Rate) by 25 basis points to 4.35 percent.
The Qatar Central Bank announced that the decision to raise the interest rate will come into effect starting tomorrow Thursday. (QNA)
