Organizes Dhofar Race 2025
Salalah,
16 Sep (ONA) — The Dhofar Race 2025, organized by the Royal Army of Oman
(RAO) with participation from its brigades, formations, and units, was held
today in the Dhofar Governorate. The event was held under the auspices of Maj. General
Mattar Salim Al Balushi, Commander of the Royal Army of Oman.
The
RAO Commander was briefed on the race route before giving the signal to start.
The race covered a distance of 21 km, beginning at the Razat Camp and ending at
the Sahalnoot Camp. During the race, the Royal Army of Oman’s music band
performed various musical displays.
At
the end of the race, Major General Al Balushi presented trophies, shields, and
awards to the winners.
