Results
of 10th Issuance of Local Sovereign Sukuk Announced
Muscat,
25 Dec 2025 (ONA) — Oman Sovereign Sukuk Company, acting on behalf of the
Government of the Sultanate of Oman represented by the Ministry of Finance, has
officially announced the subscription results for the 10th issuance of local
sovereign Sukuk with a total value of RO 200 million. According to the
statement issued today, the offering saw significant demand from investors,
with the total value of subscription applications reaching RO 276,618,800.
Regarding
the financial returns, the average accepted yield for this issuance stood at
4.11 percent, while the maximum accepted yield was recorded at 4.15 percent and
the minimum at 4.07 percent.
The
statement further clarified that these Sukuk are being issued today, with the
profit payments scheduled to be distributed twice a year on 25 June and 25 December.
This arrangement will continue throughout the 7-year tenure of the Sukuk until
they reach their full maturity on 25 December 2032.
