Moscow, Sept. 7 (Petra) — The Russian presidency (Kremlin) announced
Monday Russia’s readiness to resume negotiations with the United
States and Ukraine aimed at reaching a peaceful resolution to the
conflict with Kyiv, affirming Moscow’s openness to continuing
diplomatic efforts to settle the crisis.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated during a press briefing
that any negotiations must take into account Russia’s security
interests and the realities on the ground. He added that it is too
early to discuss the venue or timing of the talks, as neither has
been determined yet.
