Amman, July 5 (Petra) – Ayman Safadi, Minister of Foreign Affairs and
Expatriates, held a phone call Sunday with Qatari Prime Minister and
Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin
Jassim Al-Thani to discuss bilateral relations and regional
developments.
During the call, the two ministers reviewed ways to strengthen
cooperation between Amman and Doha, exchanging views on issues of
mutual interest.
The two sides also reviewed regional updates, focusing on diplomacy
to secure stability following the recent US-Iran memorandum of
understanding, according to a Foreign Ministry statement.
