Saudi Arabia’s Voluntary Carbon Market Fuels the Shift to a Low-Carbon
Riyadh, October 11 (QNA) – The quartet of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Pakistan and Turkiye condemned in the strongest terms the ongoing hostile attacks by the Houthi group against Saudi Arabia.
In a joint statement, the four countries said the latest attacks included targeting King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, resulting in civilian deaths and injuries, as well as damage to infrastructure and civilian facilities, in clear violation of international law.
They stressed that these attacks constitute a blatant assault on Saudi Arabia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, a direct threat to its security and stability and the safety of civilians, and a dangerous escalation that cannot be justified or accepted under any circumstances.
The quartet also reaffirmed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and support for all legitimate measures the Kingdom takes to confront these attacks, deter sources of threat, and prevent their recurrence in defense of Saudi Arabia’s security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, and to protect the safety of its citizens and residents, in line with the United Nations Charter and international law.
The four countries held the Houthi group fully responsible for these attacks and their consequences, which threaten regional and international peace and security, and called for an immediate and unconditional halt to these assaults. (QNA)
