any infringement on its independence, sovereignty, or security under
any circumstances or pretext.

respecting state sovereignty, non-interference in internal affairs,
and settling disputes through peaceful means. The committee

airspace into arenas for regional conflict or settling scores,
warning that such actions pose a direct threat to regional security
and stability.

with its brotherly nations in confronting these assaults.
