Khartoum, March 1, 2026 (SUNA) – President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan held a telephone call today with King Abdullah II of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.The TSC President inquired about the situation in Jordan following the blatant Iranian aggression against the Kingdom.Al-Burhan affirmed Sudan’s firm and supportive position toward the Government and people of Jordan in confronting Iranian aggression targeting the Kingdom’s security and stability. He reiterated the Sudanese Government’s solidarity with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the face of the unlawful Iranian attacks.The TSC President also conveyed his wishes for continued security, peace, and reassurance for the Jordanian people.BH/BH
