UAE President, Canada PM Talk Mideast Developments Over the Phone

Abu Dhabi, October 09 (QNA) – HH President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney have discussed regional and international issues during a phone call.

The talks took place on Friday and focused on developments in the Middle East and efforts to promote security, stability and peace in the region.

The two leaders also reviewed bilateral relations and ways to strengthen cooperation, particularly in the fields of economics, investment, development, advanced technology and artificial intelligence, alongside other key sectors serving the countries’ development priorities and shared interests.

Both sides affirmed their commitment to further developing relations and building long-term, sustainable partnerships that would open new opportunities for economic and investment cooperation in future-oriented sectors. (QNA)
