During the House of Representatives’ question time, El Mansouri pointed out that the ministry contributed 8.21 billion dirhams to the financing of these agreements, which involve 467 local municipalities, including 365 rural municipalities.
She recalled that “Al Omrane” group has concluded about 1,262 agreements related to city policy and housing, of which 820 have been implemented, 412 are underway, and 30 agreements could not be activated.
Between 2015 and 2024, approximately 407 financing agreements were concluded under the urban policy, with a total public investment of 66.5 billion dirhams, she emphasized.
