Amman, May 21 (Petra) – Assistant Director General for Resources and
Development at the National Aid Fund (NAF), Daifallah Olimat,
confirmed monthly allowances will be transferred to beneficiaries
Thursday.
In a statement to “Petra,” Olimat said the fund continues to
implement its programs, based on criteria targeting the Kingdom’s
neediest families.
He noted that 3,330 beneficiaries from the NAF’s cash assistance,
including 1,830 families, will no longer receive financial support
from the fund’s programs.
He said those households were de-listed after their living and
economic conditions saw improvement.
If a family’s circumstances change in the future, they will be
re-enrolled in the NAF’s program, based on the established criteria,
he pointed out.
