Doha, February 19 (QNA) – The price of gold in the Qatari market edged down by 1.20 percent during the current week, reaching USD 4983.44410 per ounce, according to data issued by Qatar National Bank (QNB).
The data showed that the price of gold fell from USD 5044.11000 per ounce recorded last Sunday.
It also indicated that other precious metals recorded weekly changes, with silver going up by 0.81 percent, to USD 78.10000 per ounce, compared to USD 77.46710 recorded early in the week, while platinum rose by 1.07 percent, reaching USD 2095.05000 per ounce, compared to the USD 2072.75000 recorded last Sunday.
