Khartoum, March 17, 2026 (SUNA) — Minister of Interior Lieutenant General (Police) Babiker Samra Mustafa, head of the Emergency Committee for the 2026 Secondary School Examinations, chaired a meeting of the committee attended by Deputy Director General and Inspector General Lieutenant General (Police) Al-Tahir Ali Mohamed Al-Baloula, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education Dr. Ahmed Khalifa, and members representing relevant bodies.The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education stated that the meeting reviewed a report from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirming the completion of arrangements for holding examinations at overseas centers on April 13, 2026. He affirmed that the Ministry of Education has finalized all technical and administrative preparations to ensure examinations are conducted on schedule both inside Sudan and abroad, including eastern Chad.He reassured families not to be swayed by rumors, urging students to focus on their studies and exert maximum effort to achieve strong results.BH/BH
