Beirut, February 25 (QNA) – The Israeli entity continued its assaults on southern Lebanon on Wednesday, with several farmers in the outskirts of Rmeish in the Bint Jbeil District targeted by three Israeli stun Grenades, Lebanon’s National News Agency (NNA) reported.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces conducted two detonations in the town of Al Adayseh and at the outskirts of the towns of Marwahin and Sheihin in the Tyre District.
The Lebanese military is working on raising earthen berms and fortifying its newly established position in the Sarda area in Marjeyoun District, following an incident in which the perimeter of the point came under Israeli gunfire yesterday, as an Israeli quadcopter was concomitantly hovering over the area at low altitude.
The drone had unleashed threats to force the military personnel operating there to leave.
Noteworthy, Israel has committed over 7,000 air intrusions and more than 2,400 military activities in the UNIFIL area of operations in southern Lebanon. (QNA)
