Beirut, May 26 (Petra) — Lebanon’s Ministry of Health announced on
Tuesday that 11 people, including two young girls and a woman, were
killed and 15 others injured in an Israeli airstrike carried out at
dawn on the town of Mashghara in the Western Bekaa region.
In a statement, the ministry said rescue teams were continuing
efforts to remove rubble and search for missing persons.
The ministry also reported that a separate Israeli strike targeting
the town of Srifa in the Tyre district killed one paramedic and
injured two other emergency responders.
