Amman, May 24 (Petra) – The Jordan Media Commission (JMC) announced
Digital Media Regulation Bylaw has taken effect as of Sunday, May 24,
2026.
In a statement, the commission noted a 90-day period is granted to
rectify status and comply with the new regulations.
The commission noted JMC’s Digital Media Directorate will receive
applications, which has a dedicated team to assist applicants for
this purpose.
