During his visit to the headquarters of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency, the Malaysian diplomat highlighted the Kingdom’s role in supporting several projects and programs implemented by the Agency to the benefit of Palestinians in general, and Al-Quds residents in particular.
According to a release from the Agency, the ambassador expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by Bayt Mal Al-Quds, under the direct supervision of HM King Mohammed VI, emphasizing the importance of its periodic reports on the outcomes of its action, as well as its transparent methodology in financing its projects, notably through the transfer of funds to beneficiaries.
Adam Shah also expressed his willingness to learn about the Agency’s future strategy for supporting Al-Quds and Gaza Strip residents, with a view to cooperating and achieving common goals in the field of social assistance for Palestinians.
During the meeting, Director of Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency Mohamed Salem Cherkaoui presented the Agency’s achievements in the Holy City, as well as the nature of the challenges facing the city in light of the rapid changes taking place in the region.
