Khartoum, March 8, 2026 (SUNA) – The Ministerial Council of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Welfare devoted its meeting held in Khartoum on Sunday—the first since the outbreak of the war three years ago—to discussing the ministry’s five-year strategic plan.Minister of Human Resources and Social Welfare Mutasim Ahmed Saleh said the meeting agreed to finalize the vision for the five-year strategic plan within three weeks.He explained that the ministry will adopt the plan, which is based on the directives of Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris, during a meeting that will include all units of the ministry and its general directorates.BH/BH
