New York, October 07 (QNA) – Oil prices fell at settlement today following a volatile session, after the International Energy Agency agreed to accelerate the release of oil stocks (prioritizing diesel) when the war in the Middle East is tightening global supplies.
Brent crude futures fell USD 0.38 cents at settlement to USD 100.20 per barrel. US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures also dropped USD 1.16, or 1.3 percent, to USD 88.28. (QNA)
