Moscow, February 21 (QNA) – The Ukrainian troops sustained casualties over the past 24 hours, reaching almost 1,265 personnel due to military operations in a variety of combat zones, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday.
In its daily report on the progress of military operations in Ukraine, the statement added that the Russian troops targeted infrastructure facilities used by the Ukrainian military for transportation and energy, alongside emplacements for assembling long-range drones.
The Russian troops recaptured the village of Karpivka in Donetsk, with their air defenses shooting down an air-guided bomb, as well as seven rockets from the HIMARS system, five long-range Flamingo cruise missiles, and 172 Ukrainian drones in the last 24 hours. (QNA)
