Kigali, February 24 (QNA) – Rwandan Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Usta Kaitesi and Saudi Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed bin Abdulkarim El Khereiji discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation between the two countries across various fields, during their meeting on Tuesday.
