Sudan Mission Head in London Holds Dialogue with SOAS Students

London, March 10, 2026 (SUNA) – At the invitation of the student union and several student associations, Head of the Sudanese Mission in London, Ambassador Babiker Al-Siddiq Mohamed Al-Amin, held a dialogue session with students at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, on the current situation in Sudan.  The ambassador reviewed recent developments in the country, highlighting the normalization of life in most states and the return of the Government of Hope to Khartoum, resuming its activities in the nation’s capital and vibrant heart.He also pointed to positive indicators in Sudan’s economic performance and presented a detailed overview of the Sudanese Peace Initiative launched by the Prime Minister at the UN Security Council last December.The ambassador further highlighted the significant victories recently achieved by the Armed Forces and supporting formations, affirming that the Sudanese people, led by the military, are determined to reclaim every inch of the country.The session concluded with the ambassador answering questions and engaging with student contributions.BH/BH
